Please park on the first two levels of the Murphy Garage, labeled “P2” on this map (linked).  To get to the Murphy Garage via a map app, please enter this address: 1001 E James Way, Seattle, WA 98122.  The third level and up are by permit only and attendees will receive parking tickets if they park there.  There are PaybyPhone codes on each floor.  You do not need to use these options if you submitted your license plate before the event.
